Delete your SchoolPayGH account

You can ask us to delete your SchoolPayGH account and personal data at any time.

How to ask

1. Email support@schoolpaygh.com from the email address you use in the app, with the subject "Delete my SchoolPayGH account".
2. We confirm the request with you, usually within 2 working days.
3. We delete your account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account, name, email and phone number.
• Your links to children and your in-app notifications.

What schools keep

Records of fees paid and receipts issued belong to the school's accounts and may be kept by the school as required by law. They are no longer connected to your account.
